Product was well built ,ONCE they got it all to me. But go elsewhere and buy and save yourself the hassle. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! The quality of the products this company sells are low grade and not even tested. It takes MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS TO get it right. The seller is not knowledgeable about the products they sell and has NOT tested the items they sell. Because of this, they will accuse you of lying for dumb reasons. Like not getting hardware for the product you bought. WHY LIE ABOUT SCREWS!! If this company knew the products they sell, they would understand. Instead of looking and the factory making the product, they will treat the customer like they don't know what they are doing. When in fact they have no idea of how BAD the quality of the products they sell. I have wasted so much time dealing with CLUELESS customer service. Who was not helpful at all and another waste of time. AS I SAID BEFORE, GO ELSEWHERE AND NOT HERE. YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED WITH BENSON AND THE COMPANY.
